Description
The right to development in Africa is both urgent and mandatory. As this book points out, the
components of this right include: fostering respect for the rule of law, defeating corruption,
tapping into African cultures and philosophies, advancing gender justice, and promoting the right
to education. This thought-provoking book is useful to lawyers, academics, policymakers, and
students.
