He is now the Executive Vice Chairman of the Ibadan School of Government and<br \/>\nPublic Policy (ISGPP), Nigeria. He combines an uncommon theoretical and practical insights into<br \/>\nthe reform dynamics of the Nigerian and African public service that derives from an over twenty<br \/>\nseven years of reform crusade concerning the operational workability of democratic governance<br \/>\nand the imperative role and responsibility of the civil service.
