Tunji Olaopa, PhD, a retired Federal permanent secretary in Nigeria, is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria and recipient of the 2015 Nigerian National Productivity Order of Merit Award. He is now the Executive Vice Chairman of the Ibadan School of Government and Public Policy (ISGPP), Nigeria. He combines an uncommon theoretical and practical insights into the reform dynamics of the Nigerian and African public service that derives from an over twenty seven years of reform crusade concerning the operational workability of democratic governance and the imperative role and responsibility of the civil service.
